DIY Candle with Plant Therapy
Hi everyone!
Today I wanted to show you a quick DIY demo for candles with Plant Therapy's Holiday Blends. This was super easy and my house smells like holiday cheer!

Before we go into the tutorial, let's chat a little more about Plant Therapy. First, if you are new to essential oils or curious about KidSafe blends, be sure to check out my other post HERE.
I am so thrilled about Plant Therapy's Holiday Blends. These are amazing! Look at what a cute package they come in. I have tried Candy Cane and Christmas Tree and LOVE them both.
I also love that my sets came with a matching Aroma Stone Ornament. My sweet girl decided to paint these as gifts for Daddy and sissy.
How cute is that?! This was her first time painting (she is two) so I was pretty impressed with her artwork. :) We added a few drops of essential oils on the backs of the stones and have packaged them up for Christmas morning.
Alright, let's take a look at how to make your own candle. This was my first time and I am so happy with the way they turned out!
Supplies:
- Wax (I used this) - be sure to use the same oz size as the container you are using
- Jar
- Candle Wick (I used this)
- Crayon (optional)
-Pencil
-Essential Oils (I used this)
-Small pot
Directions:
1. Melt wax on low in small pot
2. Continue to stir until smooth
3. Add crayon and continue to stir until crayon is melted
4. Add essential oils (about 1/2 teaspoon per 16 oz - or more depending on how strong you want it)
5. Twist top of wick on pencil, and place wick in jar (some people glue the bottom of wick in jar)
6. Slowly pour melted wax in jar
7. Let set
8. Trim extra wick
9. Light and enjoy!
